Legacy Christian Academy remains committed to making tuition assistance available to families with demonstrated need. Grants in aid are made annually; therefore, families must complete a new application each year.
There is a nominal application fee to be paid online. The family will be supplied with a user name and password. Applications do not have to be completed in one sitting. Applications may be started and stopped and the application will be saved online. Helpful hint: download the user guide and worksheet, fill them out manually in advance, and then go online with your notes to complete the application.
Once the application is completed and processed (usually 48 hours), your tax information should be sent via regular mail, or use the Tax Wizard for faster processing. Please make sure ALL copies are on 8½ x11 paper, including W-2 forms. Always send copies, not originals - FAST does not send anything back.
Parents should check their emails throughout the process as FAST staff will communicate directly with them if there is a problem and will let them know when they have received the family's tax information and that the application is complete.
Applications are reviewed by humans, not computers. Thus, it takes up to 5 business days for completion once they have received a completed application and tax information. For assistance, FAST may be contacted at 1-877-326-3278 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
FAST will then send a report to the school, after which time, the school's Admissions Office will notify you of the award. Awards are made after a student has been officially accepted. Reenrolling families will be given priority.
All families receiving financial aid must participate in all fundraising events, such as Gillette Stadium and/or volunteer at Legacy Christian Academy. Information on fundraising and volunteering will be distributed with the financial aid packet.
